Eurobitume events: coming to a city near you in 2018!
Eurobitume will hold a number of events over the course of 2018. Below are just a few of the happenings planned from January to June. Don’t forget that you can see a list of all our upcoming events in the following link.
2018 Bitumen Day, Bern, Switzerland
Eurobitume Switzerland is hosting the 2018 Bitumen Day, which is taking place at the Kursaal in Bern on 22 February 2018. Presentation items include a case study comparing bitumen with polymer-modified bitumen (PMB), and a look at the future of our roads. Further information and registration details can be found here.
Eurobitume’s Bavarian Breakfast, Berchtesgaden, Germany
Eurobitume is staging its second Bavarian Breakfast on 1 March 2018 in Berchtesgaden, Germany. Open to both members and potential members, the gathering serves the purpose of showcasing Eurobitume’s structure, objectives and future vision. More information can be found here.
Asphalt & Bitumen Day 2018, Brussels, Belgium
Organised by both Eurobitume and the Belgian Association of Asphalt Producers (BVA/ABPE), the Asphalt & Bitumen Day 2018 will be held on 21 March 2018 in Brussels. Participants from the bitumen and asphalt industry, local and government road authorities as well as service companies, such as laboratories and advisory agencies, are welcomed. Eurobitume’s spring meeting, Brussels, Belgium
Preparations are already underway for Eurobitume’s spring meeting, with this year’s edition taking place in Brussels on 18 & 19 April 2018. Building on our recent autumn meeting in Lisbon, we expect up to 100 key figures from the global bitumen industry to discuss the latest developments from the bitumen sector.

E&E Event, Berlin, Germany
Eurobitume and EAPA will stage the first-ever E&E Event: ‘Preparing the asphalt industry for the future’ on 14 and 15 June 2018 in Berlin. This unique event will focus on the preparations the asphalt industry must make to ensure it stays fit for future purpose, by exploring important strategic issues.
