INRS organizes a webinar to the chemical risk related to bitumen exposure on road construction sites. What are the risks for exposed workers? What are the routes of exposure? How to act in prevention? This online conference will provide an update on these issues. Used in bituminous mixes or asphalt cement to make various pavements (roads, car parks, pavements, etc.), bitumen contains substances that may be hazardous to the health of exposed workers.

In order to better understand chemical risks and associated prevention solutions, INRS proposes a webinar led by Cosmin Patrascu, an expert on the subject. This online conference is aimed at company managers, prevention specialists and road construction site managers.

The first part will be devoted to health effects and risk assessment on asphalt construction sites. The second part will look at current developments from the point of view of prevention. The end of the session will allow participants to answer questions.
