Research project will help Eurobitume better understand our stakeholders

Europe |

To help us to better communicate and connect with our key industry stakeholders and partners, we have launched an exciting research project designed to assist with the development of specific stakeholder personas. In this project, a cross-section of our stakeholders will be invited to share their experiences, expectations and reflections of working with the bitumen industry and particularly Eurobitume, through online interviews and surveys.

To be “the first reference for bitumen in Europe”, which is Eurobitume’s Vision, we want to ensure that we have the right mix of communications activities and platforms in place to reach out efficiently and effectively to our main target audiences

This anonymised research, conducted by service provider 31Volts, will include online questionnaires, in-depth interviews and work group meetings. The end deliverables will provide important insights and hopefully an informed understanding of the information gathering routines of different types of stakeholder, what type(s) of information they look for and their critical touchpoints with Eurobitume.

Armed with this knowledge, we will then be able to refine our communications activities to ensure we provide our stakeholders with the information they need on the communications channels that are appropriate for them.

A detailed information presentation on persona development and how it is used will be delivered by the research agency as part of the programme at our Spring Seminar on 31st March.

The research project is expected to be concluded during quarter two of this year. At this point, the PRC committee will analyse the recommendations and adapt any communications plans to take on board the results.
