Dynasol and LG Chem join Eurobitume and strengthen the voice of the bitumen industry in Europe
Eurobitume Director General Siobhan McKelvey commented: “I am delighted to welcome Dynasol and LG Chem to the Eurobitume family and look forward to the additional expertise, insights and experiences they will bring to our association.
“These two new additions to our membership further demonstrate the value organisations derive from being part of Eurobitume, which continues to educate and promote the efficient, economic, effective, safe and sustainable use of refined bitumen in road, industrial and building applications in Europe.”
Dynasol Sales Account Manager Alvaro Ortega, explained why his company wanted to join Eurobitume: “Dynasol became a member of Eurobitume to gain a better understanding of the bitumen environment, including HSE and technical requirements and the dynamics of the industry challenges from a European region perspective. We hope to participate in different committees and task forces that will condition future requirements and contribute to the association by bringing new, sustainable-oriented solutions to the industry.”

Jin Suk Kim, President of LG Chem Europe GmbH, stated: “Joining Eurobitume is the first step to allow LG Chem to be closer to achieving valuable relationships with Eurobitume’s network of bitumen players and stakeholders. Membership of Eurobitume will also enhance LG Chem’s awareness of future industry events and PMB regulations in Europe.”
