Eurobitume event dates for your diary in 2022
Please see below brief details about those events which, subject to the Covid-related restrictions at that time, will take place either as physical events or online:
Rencontres Bitume 2022, Paris, France – Thursday 20th January
Organised by Eurobitume France, Rencontres Bitume 2022 is scheduled to take place in Paris and is aimed at individuals from the bitumen industry in France, representatives from government, city and regional authorities, worker and user groups, academia and other road industry stakeholder organisations. If restrictions prevent a physical meeting, there will be plans in place to organise an online version. Further information and registration details can be found here.
Asphalt & Bitumen Day 2022, Brussels, Belgium – Wednesday 23rd March
Jointly organised by Eurobitume and the Belgian Association of Asphalt Producers (BVA/ABPE), the Asphalt & Bitumen Day 2022 is scheduled to be held in Brussels. Participants from the bitumen and asphalt industry, local and government road authorities as well as service companies, such as laboratories and advisory agencies, are welcomed. Eurobitume Spring Meeting, Brussels, Belgium – Wednesday and Thursday 30-31 March
We are planning to stage our Eurobitume 2022 Members Spring Meeting as a physical event, back in Le Plaza Hotel Brussels, where it will be attended by member company representatives plus invited guests from stakeholder and partner organisations.

Eurobitume Autumn Meeting, Online (tbc) – 20-21 October
After the success of the 2021 Autumn Meeting, which was held online, the current plan is that the 2022 meeting and seminar will again be a virtual event. Further details will be announced in due course.
E&E Event, Vienna, Austria – November (tbc)
Following the success of the inaugural E&E Event, which took place in Berlin in 2018, Eurobitume and EAPA are planning to return to a physical format and stage the second E&E Event in the beautiful city of Vienna. Further details will be announced in due course.
