‘Eurobitume stakeholders research and personas development’ website feature article published

The latest Eurobitume website feature article, ‘Stakeholder research: improved understanding for more effective communications’, summarises the research project undertaken by specialist agency, 31Volts and describes the interesting stakeholder personas subsequently developed to help increase the effectiveness of Eurobitume’s communications.

 

 

 

 

 

Four different generic personas (shown below) were developed based on profiles of people with common needs:

  1. an industry-focused director
  2. a future-oriented engineer
  3. a progress-minded academic
  4. a challenge-seeking student

The research also provided clear insights into four areas of common need that stakeholders of all personas expect from Eurobitume.
