Registration open for the 3rd Rencontres Bitume

Individuals from the bitumen industry in France, government, city and regional authorities, worker and user groups, academia and other road industry stakeholder organisations can now register to attend Rencontres Bitume 2019 in Paris on the afternoon of March 13.

Organised by Eurobitume France, the 3rd Rencontres Bitume has an interesting conference programme, which covers topics including:

  • The efficient, effective and safe use of bitumen in France
  • Sustainable development: the multi recycling of asphalt mixes
  • IDRRIM's work to better prepare for the risks of winter damage to pavements
  • A progress report on standardisation
  • The oil situation

Eurobitume President Christophe Jacquet will then conclude the conference, after which there will be a networking cocktail reception at 6.45pm to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the European Bitumen Association and its service to the bitumen industry in Europe.
