Safe Delivery of Bitumen videos

Chaired by Bruno Piguel (Shell), Eurobitume’s Safe Handling of Bitumen Sub-Committee has produced a Safe Delivery video which shows the safe delivery of bitumen and highlights key elements of delivery vehicles that enable safe, ground-based operation during bitumen delivery.

The video, which is available from the Eurobitume website in English and French. makes it clear that venting the tank from the ground avoids the driver climbing to the top of the vehicle, removing the risks of falling from height and of exposure to bitumen fumes.
