Themes from all three expert committees covered at the Spring Meeting Seminar

At this year’s Spring Meeting, the Seminar comprised interesting presentations about work conducted within Eurobitume’s three main committees.

Eurobitume HSE Committee Focal Point Mike Southern provided members with a comprehensive overview and update on the work being undertaken within the Coalition Asphalt Research on Emissions (CARE).

Technical Committee Chair Vicente Perez, from Cepsa, presented the conclusions from the recently completed Data Collection project. This will be the focus of a feature article that will be published on the Eurobitume website before the summer.

Representatives from specialist communication and design research agency 31Volts delivered a presentation about the ongoing research project they are undertaking to develop Eurobitume target audience personas, which will help us develop and shape more effective communications with these important audiences moving forward. This work is expected to be concluded in the Summer and the results will also be the focus of a future feature article on the Eurobitume website.

All three of these projects and initiatives are made possible through the network and organisational platform offered to members by Eurobitume., clearly demonstrating the added value of being involved in an industry association.
