2020 was a very challenging year in terms of Eurobitume events: the COVID-19 pandemic prompted all our local and international events originally scheduled to take place after February to be either postponed, transformed to an online format or cancelled.
The two which went ahead as planned were the 3rd Rencontres Bitume in France and the 3rd Bavarian Breakfast in Germany.
Eurobitume France’s annual bitumen reception took place at the Fédération Nationale des Travaux Publics in Paris and was attended by some 75 high-level figures from the bitumen industry and its stakeholders.

Eurobitume Deutschland’s 3rd Bavarian Breakfast was held in Berchtesgaden, during the biennial Deutsche Asphalttage des DAV (German Asphalt Days) conference. It was attended by approximately 40 people from Eurobitume member companies and Eurobitume Deutschland‘s stakeholders and partners.
